Yes, I'm going nuts. I'm going nuts for coconuts, to be precise! I've decided to change the focus of this blog to coconuts and the fantastic health benefits associated with eating coconut, coconut oil, coconut milk. Mmmmm! I'll be back later with more, but right now my toasted coconut, sweetened with Lo-Han, is calling out to me.

What is Lo-Han? Is it a natural sweetner? I have food allergies. I can't eat sugar so I am always on the lookout for natural sweetners.

Yes, Lo Han is a natural, plant based, sweetener. It is quite expensive, but I do like it as another alternative for sugar. It is very sweet, so a little goes a long way. I find I don't like it as the main sweetener in coffee and tea, but I do like it in smoothies, or in roasted coconut. I'm quite new to it, so I'm still experimenting. At this time the main sweetener I use is still Xylitol. Blessings to you also!
